Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VMasjid. They are provided for general information and do not constitute legal advice.

Using the service

By creating an account you agree to use VMasjid lawfully and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the activity of users you invite to your masjid.

Trials and subscriptions

  • New masjids start on a trial. Your trial plan and end date are shown during onboarding.
  • To continue after the trial, you select a plan and settle your invoice.
  • Add-ons and usage-based services (SMS, email, WhatsApp, storage) are billed as used.

Payment

Payment is currently made by bank transfer. You upload your deposit slip and access continues once the payment is verified. Online payment options may be added in future.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant VMasjid the permissions needed to host and process that data to provide the service.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
