SMS packs
Buy SMS credits in packs, or set a monthly allowance. You are charged per message, or per pack if you buy ahead.
Email usage
Your plan comes with an email allowance. If you send more than that, buy a pack to cover the difference.
WhatsApp usage
WhatsApp is billed on Meta's conversation rates and the number your masjid connects.
Extra storage
Add space in 5 GB or 10 GB blocks when your photos and documents start filling up.
Additional members
Raise the member and resident limit on your plan as more families register.
How usage is billed

Questions about pricing

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every masjid starts on a trial, so your committee can look around before paying anything. You will see the trial plan and its end date while you sign up.

What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Choose a plan, settle the first invoice by bank transfer, and carry on with the same records.

Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time, and buy SMS, email, WhatsApp or storage add-ons only when you need them.

Do we need someone technical?
No. The website and every module are set up by filling in forms. If your secretary can use a phone, they can run VMasjid.
