- Account information — names, email addresses and phone numbers of administrators and users.
- Masjid data — the records you create, such as members, residents, finances and forms.
- Usage information — technical logs needed to operate and secure the platform.
How we use information
We use the information to provide and improve the service, to authenticate users, to send service and communication messages you configure, and to keep the platform secure.
Your data belongs to your masjid
Records you enter belong to your masjid. VMasjid acts as a processor of that data on your behalf and does not sell it. We access it only to operate the service or when you ask us to help.
Communication
Messages you send through the platform (email, SMS, WhatsApp) are delivered via third-party providers subject to their terms. Recipients’ opt-outs are respected.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your masjid’s data in line with applicable law.
